The University Post Office is currently closed and is scheduled to reopen on Monday 2 February 2026 in its new location inside ReStore Lancaster. This is a delay to the reopening date previously communicated.

Arrangements for mail during the closure:

• The postbox outside the Post Office will remain open and is being emptied by Royal Mail as usual from 4pm daily.
• Services such as DPD and Amazon drop-offs and collections are unavailable. Please consider using the Amazon lockers on campus.
• Alternative Post Office branches are available for any delivery or collection services during the closure. You can find nearby branches using the Post Office Branch Finder tool.
• Please note ReStore Lancaster is closed until the relocation work is completed.

From Monday 2 February, mail can be delivered to the Post Office counter inside ReStore Lancaster. Opening hours will be Monday – Friday 9.30am – 5pm.
