Navigating the new era of people, technology and work A conversational session bringing real-world experiences, honest stories and practical perspectives on leadership, hybrid work, technology and careers.

All alumni are welcome at this event which is organised by Inspired Global Networks and is made available to Lancaster alumni free of charge.

Host: Stuart Waddington, Founder and MD, TDL Performance

Start is a leadership consultant, coach and podcaster helping professionals navigate change and develop dynamic leadership skills. A former RAF leader, he is also Cheshire Chair of the Institute of Directors.

Guest: Sanjay Rishi, Founder, @Intersections

Sanjay is a global business leader known for driving innovation and navigating transformational change in both public and private sector organisations. Sanjay graduated from Lancaster University in 2018 with an MRes in Professional Practice. He is also an Honorary Teaching Fellow and Entrepreneur in Residence at Lancaster University.
