Dr Stefan Kupfer is Assistant Professor in Accounting at Lancaster University Leipzig. Previously, he was guest researcher at NTNU in Norway and Postdoc at the Otto-von-Guericke-University Magdeburg, where he obtained his PhD. His research focuses on accounting and finance, sustainability, and strategic decision-making under uncertainty (real options).
